Hi, I’m Sarah — mom of two (Haya & Abdulaziz), runner, and fitness enthusiast.
After becoming a mom, I went through postpartum anxiety, and fitness became my anchor. It gave me strength, focus, and the mental clarity I needed during that chapter of my life. What started as a personal outlet soon turned into a passion I wanted to share with others, which led me to become a certified instructor in strength and running.
For me, fitness isn’t just about workouts — it’s about feeling stronger, calmer, and more aligned every day. And that’s what I want to help others experience too.
